It's Okay to Not be Perfect
This week I wanted to provide an insight as you continue to complete challenges 1 and 2.
If you don't know what those challenges consist of, please visit my last two posts "Speak Good About Yourself Always" and "Gratitude for Fortitude".
I figured when I started these challenges that there would be some roadblocks or even difficulties in completing them. Not every day would be a success and that I would fail on occasion.
You probably had the same struggles. Interviewing yourself and telling yourself all the positive things is hard because we are our worst critic. Being grateful can be challenging because there could be so many things going wrong all at once, so, how can we see the good if it all is bad.
Whatever it may be, know one thing, it's okay to fail. It's okay to not have a good day. It's okay to not be grateful one day. It's okay to not be okay.
I made these challenges to help us move forward and I know that I am not perfect, and each day has its successes and failures, but it doesn't mean you or even I are failures.
We are human. You are human. You make mistakes. You are not perfect. And that is okay!
We are not supposed to be perfect. We are supposed to be progressing.
So, continue working on the challenges and know that it's okay to not be perfect!
